Do you find that when you do a hot peel on cold peel vinyl that it leaves a hint of the color of the vinyl that you used or does it just leave the glue type residue? For example If I wanted to do black tshirt and have like a red “bleed” look will it leave a red tint when I hot peel it? Was trying to decide what color to order.

I wanted to know if you can recommend a heat press, my heat press isn’t doing the job. Also, can you recommend a good vinyl.

Love it, but I have tried several times to achieve that adhesive residue technique following Josh’s instructions but I just can’t get it to work. Any suggestions?

To get the adhesive residue, you peel a cold peel immediately. What we did was peel slower towards the end of the design so that the adhesive starts to bond with the shirt allowing portions to stick.

Still not quite sure how you got only a portion of the film to stay though….could you elaborate?
